Shipping Options

All items ship from EU, unless stated otherwise on the product page. We can ship to almost any country in the world, either by Standard/Registered Airmail (7-15 business days usually), or via DHL (2-6 business days) for an extra fee.

Shipping fee is automatically calculated during checkout. Please note, any customs/import fees and taxes for shipping to countries outside EU are buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local authorities for a quote before ordering, as you may not be eligible for a refund if the items is held by customs.

Payment Options

We currently support payments by Paypal or Cryptocurrency. If you want to use your credit card, you can do so from Paypal’s page directly (ie. you don’t have to create an account).

Tracking Info

A tracking number will be attached to your order page 2-3 days after your order ships out. All tracking numbers can be tracked on https://www.17track.net

International orders may be held/delayed during customs inspection/clearance. If your order is not delivered within 20 business days, please contact us.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

All orders are usually shipped out within 3 business days. Depending on the shipping method used during checkout, you should expect your order in 1-3 weeks (less, if an express option is used).

Delays are also to be expected from time to time, due to the various COVID-19 measures implemented internationally.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER GETS STUCK OR LOST IN THE MAIL?

All of our orders are sent with insured shipping and handling. If an order is lost during delivery, we sincerely apologize, but the postal services are out of our control. However, in cases like this, all packages are insured, so we will arrange a replacement shipment as soon as possible. Please see our refund and return policy for more information on the topic.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?

If you live outside EU, import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, all of which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and cannot be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
