We are not able to cancel an order and issue a refund once it has started processing. We process most orders within 2-3 business days, so we are able to handle a cancellation request only for a brief amount of time after the order is placed, so contact us ASAP.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns only in the case you receive a damaged or a defective item. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 3 days after the receipt of the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns). A restocking fee may be charged upon successful receipt of the return, depending on the condition of the item received.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you a notification of receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the next 5 business days.
